I'm conflicted here about 4 or 5 stars because honestly I want to go with 4.5 stars because I had a pretty good (but not perfect) experience with Pearson. That said, I will definitely use them again.The good is that they showed up and absolutely worked for the 5 hours they were on the clock, no slacking, everyone on the crew got after it (and they even had a guy on his first day!). Also, for 5 hours, three guys and a truck the cost was pretty much what I expected (and fair). Even if I had gone and rented a uhaul for the day and just hired labor, I doubt I would have done much better price wise.The bad is that I initially booked two trucks and four guys and while they told me the other truck broke (it happens) it ended up taking a little while longer with one truck and three guys. Ultimately I just lost a little time so not a big deal and they comped the extra travel time. My only other complaint is that the movers could be less then delicate when handing items (dragged some items with their visible surfaces against the ground) nothing was broken or damaged and just superficial stuff. In the end though I was very satisfied with the service, the speed and the stacking/pack of the guys so I went 5 stars.

The management left a lot to be desired but the actual move went smoothly. They were professional and very courteous. They were so respectful of my belongings. They wrapped my painting to protect it. They didn't just dump my things in one area and leave. They actually set furniture up where it belongs which I don't think they're required to do. They worked quickly and diligently, didn't try to milk the clock for a bigger bill. They will be my go to moving company in the future. I highly recommend 😊

We LOVE Pearson Moving and now Pearson Junk Removal too! I have used this company three times for moving and now for Junk Removal! My husband and I recently moved into a new home (with the help of Pearson of course!) and also had a condo that we left behind. As we were prepping it to put on the market, we found the garage was a total mess with that left over “junk” that you don’t want to take with you and have to make the dreaded trip to the dump. I happened to come across a social media post from Kyle about the new Junk Removal service that Pearson was offering and I jumped at the opportunity to use their services again! The team only took about 30 minutes to get all of our junk out and even swept the garage afterwords. I am so thankful for this friendly, hardworking team!! Thank you again Team Pearson for making our lives SO much easier! We highly recommend all of Pearson’s services!

We contacted Pearson to move our commercial space, from Gilbert to Tempe, AZ. To start off, they were the most competitive quote, and completed our move for more than half of what some of the other company's quoted us. They had three trucks arrive early, and had 6 movers ready to go. They worked non-stop to ensure we had everything moved by the end of the day, which they did. We are now moving another location in a few weeks, and have already contacted Pearson to complete the move. Great price, awesome crew, would highly recommend.
